Refund Policy - Aurewood

If our art decor items fail to meet your expectations or you change your mind, you may apply for return, exchange or full refund within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for refund and return, items must be kept in original unused condition with original tags and complete original packaging intact.

Once your application is approved, we will send you return shipping label and detailed sending instructions. We do not accept any returned packages without prior application.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your goods right after delivery. Contact us immediately if you receive defective, damaged or wrong items, we will solve the problem properly for you.

Exchanges

The most convenient way is to apply for return first. After return approval, you can place a new order directly for your preferred items.

EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period

For orders shipped to European Union areas, you are entitled to cancel orders or return goods within 14 days without any reason. Goods must remain unused, well-kept with original tags and full original packaging.

Refund Process

We will notify you after receiving and checking your returned items to confirm refund approval status. Once approved, funds will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that banks may need extra time to process refunds.

Return Packaging Rules

Aurewood reserves the right to decline refund and return requests for items damaged by improper use, wrong installation or damage during return transit. All returned goods must be securely packed with original outer box and inner protective materials. If original packaging is unavailable, please use qualified protective packing materials. Poorly packed or damaged returns will be rejected.

Order Cancellation

Paid unshipped orders can be cancelled directly. Once the order is shipped out, cancellation is not available.
